Standard Notched Channels are perfectly functional, and have been for a long time. But for anyone who's ever adjusted their feet right off the stern end (in the dark), the open design is far from ideal. With no commercial solution available, HUDSON designed a new closed-end channel, and then worked closely with an injection molding company to bring the new channels to the Ultimate SP.
Incorporating a higher Glass fill content the new Notched Channels are incredibly robust, no matter where you set your feet.
