These Ergonomic Fasteners are not designed for the sunny practice, where nothing needs adjusting, and you have every tool at your disposal. They are for those near (or even below) freezing practices, when it's raining, coach wants something moved, and there's not a wrench in sight. You'll look like a hero making the adjustment, as a combination of 2-3 fasteners* will allow you to adjust for height, angle, or bow-stern position. The full practice will be completed, and five seat will make it to class.
